Otago - strength and balance for those 65+ or with mobility issues


*Monday Stretch - morning and evening - we focus on stretch to improve flexibility

Tuesdays - what to expect 

Yoga Flow - a class to support you through various flows to evolve your practice - suitable for all but those at the very beginning of their Yoga journey


Yin yoga - designed to stretch the connective tissue of the body, yin yoga is a great way to increase flexibility and get a soothing chilled session!


Mum and baby yoga - post natal poses for mum with some mini stretches and moves for baby!





Wednesdays - what to expect 

Otago - strength and balance for those 65+ or with mobility issues


Chair Yoga - all the benefits of yoga, done in a chair


Midweek Hatha - more of a focus on strengthening

Thursdays - what to expect

Otago - strength and balance for those 65+ or with mobility issues


Kids/family yoga - a great way to introduce kids of 5+ to yoga with games, activities and mindfulness practices aimed at children. Parents are welcome to join in! Kids below five are welcome but then must be accompanied by an adult. We take children up to ten years in this group. The teacher is fully dbs checked and first aid qualified.


Pregnancy Yoga - yoga for those in second and third trimester


Hatha/Yin mix - two styles of yoga blended for a super soothing session

Fridays - what to expect 



Friday feel good - a calming session to round off your week


Sound bath - bi weekly from the Yin Studio, led by Ashleigh who plays gongs, singing bowls, a shamanic drum and other instruments to transport and relax you.


Reiki, Rest & Restore - tri weekly - restorative Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Reiki healing shared to the group - deeply relaxing and soothing!


The Womb Wheel - tri weekly from the Yin Studio, led by Olivia. Supporting women to connect to their truth and honour the energies of the month. Gentle movement, sacred meditation and sharing (where desired) for support and nurture in Circle.
